It's OK to not be OK

Your Health and Wellbeing
Whether it’s academic issues that are becoming too much or if it’s personal issues like family or relationships, help is always available. This website has been designed to display relevant information of ways you can get help. Also, follow the #UPSUok to get ‘nuggets of knowledge’, things like help sites, articles and campus help.
It's important to remember that you are human and that it's OK to not be OK.
People may look at you and think you're OK, you look normal, how can there be something wrong with you? But that's just it, depression, anxiety and other issues can affect anybody at anytime and you may think it will never affect you, but if it does, help is available. Find a range of support services open and available to all students below.
Our #UPSUok wristbands were designed as a way to remove the stigma around mental health and promote support services everyone can access should you feel alone. So come and grab your wristband and show your support.
You can also take part in our campaign to raise awareness of mental health and wellbeing at University. Share your experiences with the Twitter hashtag #UPSUok or share a picture with your It's OK to not be OK wristband.
