Can Do Hub

Restrictions are lifting, days are longer and warmer and more and more people are being vaccinated. Things are getting better - but it's important to stick to the rules to keep Covid cases down.

We've relaunched our Can Do initiative jointly with the University to make sure that you know what you can do safely, allows you to make the best of your student experience and get the support you need.

Current Roadmap Guidelines

Covid Safe Events

Physical and online events that mean you can still make the most of your student experience.

Covid Safe Spaces

Staying indoors for online lectures always ideal. Check out where you can study on campus safely

How can I change things?

There are different ways to give feedback and make change at the University. From submitting ideas, to standing in a student election and delivering the change yourself. If you have feedback or ideas for change, utilise the tools available to you to make your degree and experience even better!

The Student Academic Representation Tool is your opportunity to submit feedback that will help your student reps and us, at the Union, to understand the challenges, celebrate the victories and get a better idea of your true experience of the University and the Union

This is your student version of change.org. Have Your Say is the democratic process for sharing and promoting University of Portsmouth students' ideas. Popular ideas can create positive impacts for students at the Union, within the University and beyond.

Want to be the one that implements change and boost your CV? Then run in our student elections. Or at least vote in them to make sure you elect representatives that will make a positive impact for you at the Union and the University.
